I've been a ShockHosting user for quite a while now. Honestly, I've NEVER faced any problems. Their customer support is top-notch, a solid 10 outta 10. They've expanded a lot (I remember when I used to contact the owner, Ashton), but the service remains FANTASTIC. Super helpful folks!

ShockHosting is a super professional and approachable company that really knows how to manage a cloud service.

We've been using their services for around six months now, and it's been a fantastic experience with their customer support and handling of abuse claims.

Their prices are reasonable, and the servers are quick and of excellent quality.

The only downside is the limited monthly traffic of 1 TB. I really wish there was an option to pay a little extra to get the server back up after hitting that limit, instead of having to wait until the month rolls over.

Still, they totally deserve a 5-star rating.

I gotta hand out 3 stars. The hardware and support were top-notch, no doubt about that, but the network was a real headache for a while. It kept dropping out on me, which was super frustrating since I relied on it for my WireGuard VPN for work. They did get in touch and offered some free time after they finally sorted things out months later. I might give them another shot after my contract ends, but for now, this is how I feel based on my experience.
